Eng. Jonard made the remarks while officiating at the All Hoima City NRM Flag Bearers Engagement, held at Jonard Square in K’Bale, which brought together NRM flag bearers from across the city.

The engagement aimed at strengthening unity, coordination, and a shared sense of purpose among party leaders, including Members of Parliament, Division Mayors, City and Division Councillors. Discussions focused on party cohesion, disciplined leadership, and practical strategies for advancing the NRM agenda in Hoima City.
Hon. Eng. Jonard emphasized that loyalty, teamwork, and unity among party leaders are critical for sustaining the NRM vision and delivering meaningful development to the people of Hoima City. He noted that internal harmony within the party is essential for effective leadership and service delivery.
